Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) has long supported workforce development by  partnering with the City of Pflugerville, the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce, Workforce Solutions, and various colleges, local high schools, and training centers including Pflugerville ISD College and Career Readiness and Skillpoint Alliance. It also sponsored the Pflugerville Manufacturing Academy in partnership with local 3D companies Essentium, Cumberland Additive, EOS of North America, and Medway Plastics, which provides a free training program for entry-level applicants on state-of-the-art additive manufacturing equipment made in Pflugerville. Another tremendous education and training opportunity that’s free, flexible, and available to our local residents 24/7 is LinkedIn Learning, which provides professionally produced business and tech courses online. Though nearly 40 percent of our residents already have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, we’re a community that values lifelong learning and ongoing workforce training.
