PCDC Regular Board Meeting

Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) meetings are held on an as-needed basis. Meetings currently average about one or two per month.  Meetings are open to the public and, in adherence to the Open Meetings Act, the date, time, location, and agenda is posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.  If an individual wish to make public comment on a specific agenda item, they must register their name upon entering the meeting and introduce themselves and their purpose when the agenda item is addressed. 

Meetings typically begin at 6:00 p.m.

DUE TO COVID-19 AND THE GOVERNOR'S STAY AT HOME ORDER, THE PCDC WILL BE HOLDING A VIRTUAL MEETING.

Public comment will only be allowed via telephone/video conference.

All speakers must register to speak at least 2 hours in advance of the meeting.

All public comment will occur at the beginning of the meeting under the public comment item. Speakers must call in at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting start in order to speak. Written comments may also be submitted 2 hours in advance of the meeting.

A recording of the telephone/video meeting will be made and will be available to the public in accordance with the Open Meetings Act upon written request.
