PFLUGERVILLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORP. ANNOUNCES VENTURE WEEK 2024: CELEBRATING ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Pflugerville, Texas (September 26, 2024) — The Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) in partnership with Texas Venture Alliance, is excited to announce Venture Week 2024. This event, dedicated to celebrating and fostering entrepreneurship, will kick off on October 1 with a virtual launch, providing followers on our social media platforms with updates and information about the exciting events planned for the week. This year’s theme, "Celebrating Entrepreneurship," underscores our commitment to cultivating a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem in Pflugerville.

Throughout the week, participants can look forward to a variety of events, including:

• Women Entrepreneur & Investor Meet Up: In partnership with HER Texas, this dynamic event on October 2 will take place at West Pecan Coffee + Beer. Open to everyone, it offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs and investors to connect, share ideas, and explore potential collaborations.
• Business Pfirst Lunch: Breaking Barriers to Entrepreneurship: Hosted at Typhoon Texas on October 3, this luncheon will feature a keynote address from Jasmin Brand, founder of HER Texas, and a panel discussion on overcoming the challenges faced by entrepreneurs. Panelists will include Brian Marshall of BCL of Texas and Joseph Lui, a member of Central Texas Angel Network.
• Pflugerville Venture Connect: Also on October 3, Prost Alehouse will be the venue for an evening of pitches, networking, and celebration. This event will bring together entrepreneurs and investors in a relaxed setting to discuss new ventures and potential partnerships.
• Pflugerville Entrepreneur Exchange: In partnership with the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce, this event on October 4 at Comerica Bank will offer entrepreneurs a chance to exchange ideas, connect with business leaders, and explore opportunities for collaboration and growth.
