Over the past ten years, PCDC has spearheaded numerous projects that have collectively contributed to a robust economic landscape. Here's a snapshot of our impact:

• Total Economic Output: Our projects have generated a staggering $5.5 billion in total spending, reflecting the vibrant economic activity spurred by our initiatives.
• Value Added to the Economy: These efforts have added $3.1 billion to the gross domestic product (GDP), showcasing our role in enhancing economic productivity.
• Total Jobs Supported: We have supported 17,410 jobs across various sectors, demonstrating our commitment to creating employment opportunities for the community.
• Total Wages Earned: Workers in supported jobs have earned $659.8 million, underscoring the positive impact on household incomes and local spending.

Direct Employment and Wages

A closer look at the direct impact of our projects reveals:

• Jobs Created: PCDC's initiatives have directly created 7,015 jobs, providing stable employment opportunities for residents. 
• Wages Paid: These jobs have resulted in $354.4 million in wages paid to workers, contributing to the economic well-being of numerous families.

Sector-Specific Contributions

Our projects span several key sectors, each playing a pivotal role in the overall economic impact:

• Construction Sector: $53.2 million in wages, supporting 868 jobs.
• Logistics Sector: $161.1 million in wages, supporting 3,911 jobs.
• Manufacturing Sector: $61.5 million in wages, supporting 940 jobs.
• Professional Services Sector: $53.6 million in wages, supporting 797 jobs.
• Other Sectors: $24.9 million in wages, supporting 499 jobs.

The Broader Economic Contributions

Beyond direct employment, our projects have had far-reaching effects on the broader economy:

• Indirect and Induced Jobs: An additional 10,395 jobs have been supported indirectly and through induced economic activities.
• Indirect and Induced Wages: These activities have generated $305.4 million in additional wages, further amplifying our economic impact.
