PFLUGERVILLE, Texas (November 16, 2022) — The Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce and the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) are jointly hosting a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday, November 17 at 12:00 pm at 18629 Weiss Lane in Pflugerville for the Weiss Lane Business Park developed by CB Capital, an Austin-based investment and real estate firm.

We’re excited to invest in this dynamic economy and to deliver a flexible office/warehouse project to add to the city’s offerings. We are grateful to our partners at the PCDC, Chamber of Commerce, and City Hall for helping make this project a reality." said Brian Haley, Co-Founder of CB Capital. 

According to the developers, the location is the first of its kind East of SH-130 and was strategically located there by CB Capital next to three major highways including SH-130, SH-45, and I-35 to provide quick access to major metros Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and two major airports including the Austin Executive Airport and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. 

"There is strong demand for multi-purpose units that provide office / industrial users in Pflugerville an opportunity to grow and thrive, and this new project fills a big gap in our local inventory,” said Amy Madison, PCDC Executive Director. “This development will be a catalyst for small businesses to serve the region, create jobs and invest in our community.” 

The two buildings in the business park add a total of 40,506 square feet to serve a variety of office, warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing, and service users. Building one is 25,381 SF and has a 24’ clear height, trailer parking, and 56 parking spots, and building two is 15,125 SF and has a 22’ clear height, trailer parking, and 28 parking spots. 

The park is targeted for completion in February 2024. SBS Construction is the general contractor for the project, Fuse Architecture Studio is the architect, and Jordan Walker and Greg Marberry of CBRE are currently marketing the property for lease.
