Lisa Curtis joined the PCDC as an Executive Assistant in January 2025. A dedicated Pflugerville resident for 18 years, Lisa is a native Texan with a rich background in state government. She has over 16 years of experience, having served as a Policy Analyst and Conference Event Planner at the Texas Workforce Commission.

In her earlier roles, Lisa provided executive support at United Online and Las Virgenes ISD, accumulating a wealth of knowledge that she now brings to her position at PCDC. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing from Southwestern University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in organizational leadership.

Lisa is a mother of three and grandmother of seven and enjoys singing, attending church, and serving her community.
