PFLUGERVILLE, Texas (Sept. 28, 2018) – The Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) Board of Directors approved a deal yesterday with 3D manufacturing company Essentium Inc. at a Sept. 27 special meeting. The company is relocating its headquarters and expanding in Pflugerville, creating at least 170 jobs with positions ranging from scientists, chemists and various engineering and specialist roles that will have a minimum $75,000 average annual salary. PFLUGERVILLE, Texas (Aug. 29, 2018) –The Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) today announced a $3.4 million land sale to developer IGX Consolidated following final approval by the Pflugerville City Council at an Aug. 28 meeting. Essentium Inc., a 3D printing and materials manufacturer, is set to relocate or create at least 170 high-skill jobs in Pflugerville by 2024, per terms of the performance agreement approved by Pflugerville City Council. Pflugerville City Council Tuesday night approved the drafted fiscal year 2019 PCDC budget which included first year revenue additions as well as new expenses.
