In 2024, the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) initiated a strategic plan with its Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) to strengthen our local economy through cohesive, community-wide efforts. Building on this foundation, the 2025 Workforce Study, conducted by TIP Strategies, transforms our workforce goals into practical actions. This study offers a deep dive into the workforce dynamics of Pflugerville, highlighting challenges and spotlighting opportunities for creating high-wage jobs for our residents.
