Founded in 2017 at The Star in Frisco, Texas, Cowboys Fit offers fans the ability to work towards becoming their very best and training with the same state-of-the-art fitness equipment use by the Dallas Cowboys football team. 

"With the announcement of our newest Cowboys Fit in Pflugerville, we couldn't be more proud to see the growth of the Cowboys Fit brand expand to Central Texas," said Dallas Cowboys Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Jerry Jones Jr. 

The company expanded to Pflugerville in August 2020 occupying a 57,000 square-foot facility in Stone Hill Town Center previously occupied by 24-Hour Fitness. Jones added that the Pflugerville location is an outstanding area for continuing to offer a world-class gym experience to new members. 

This is the first location for Cowboys Fit outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area where the company has three previous locations in Downtown Dallas, Frisco, and Plano.
