The business development team at the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation works to attract, and retain jobs for Pflugerville.
While the work of economic developers often falls under the radar, creating and sustaining jobs for a region is a critical component to a successful economy and community.

Business Retention and Workforce Development are one of the major pillars in economic development. Business Retention is an economic development strategy of proactively connecting with existing businesses to understand and respond to local business needs. Workforce Development means offering your employees training, development opportunities, and continuing education programs to maximize their job success and career pathway.
