Crystal Connally, CEcD

Crystal Connally joined the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation in 2017. A native Texan and Pflugerville resident, she has over 25 years of experience in program and project administration. For the past six years, she has worked in economic development, overseeing business retention, expansion, and workforce development activities in Pflugerville, TX.

Crystal has developed partnerships with local, regional, and state workforce agencies, universities, and technical education providers to enhance workforce development opportunities for Pflugerville's residents and primary employers. She serves as a board member for the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce and as a committee task force member for the Education Equals Economic (E3) Alliance, where she helps develop upskilling pathways in advanced technology and robotics innovation for the region.

Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas State University and has completed the Economic Development course at the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute. She recently earned her Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) certification from the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) in August 2024. In her free time, Crystal enjoys camping with her family all around Texas and traveling.
