A spokesperson for the city of Pflugerville confirmed the agenda has been available on the city website since Friday, Dec. 30. Next on the agenda will be the open session to discuss and consider approval of the agreements.

8:51 a.m.

A special meeting of the Pflugerville City Council and the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation will be held 6 p.m. today at the City Council chambers, 100 E. Main St., Ste. 500, Pflugerville.

The meeting agenda was not posted on the city of Pflugerville website as of 8 a.m. Tuesday, but recent special meetings between City Council and PCDC were to discuss the Hawaiian Falls property.

A meeting Dec. 28 to approve an agreement with Typhoon Texas to take over operation of Hawaiian Falls ended without signatures and the future of any deal pending.

The meeting included more than three hours of negotiations in closed session.

“We thought we had an agreement that all parties were amenable to, but after the meeting was over that was not the case,” PCDC Executive Director Amy Madison said in an email Thursday.
