Crystal Connally

Crystal Connally joined the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) in 2017. A native Texan, and Pflugerville resident for over 20 years. She spent 16 years at Austin's Jewish Community Center as Director of Special Projects and Culture Arts before joining PCDC.

Over the last several years she served as the Operations Director for PCDC overseeing Board of Directors agendas and meetings, travel and communications for the Executive Director, financial duties including budget, audit, and accounting processes, and reporting for the PCDC. Crystal is currently responsible for PCDC’s Business Retention and Workforce Development Program which aims to survey local businesses to understand their needs for growth as well as assist them in partnering with workforce organizations and other resources to upskill their employees. In addition, the program provides networking and training opportunities for small businesses and entrepreneurs in Pflugerville. 

Crystal enjoys camping with her family all around Texas and traveling.  Connally holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas State University and will complete 120 hours of continuing education in economic development later this month at the Oklahoma University Economic Development Institute (OU/EDI). With the OU/EDI certificate of completion, she becomes eligible to sit for the Certification for Economic Development exam, a professional designation awarded by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
